SECTION 21 — SUBSCRIPTIONS, AUTO-REBILLS, BILLING AUTHORIZATION AND CANCELLATION
Certain products or Services offered on our website may be available as one-time purchases or through a recurring subscription program.
By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you expressly authorize KoriCare to charge your chosen payment method automatically on a recurring basis according to the billing frequency selected at the time of purchase.
Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are typically billed every thirty (30) days unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Alternative billing intervals may be offered through your account portal or at checkout.
Charges will be processed automatically at each renewal date unless the subscription is cancelled before the next billing cycle.
A billing reminder is sent in advance of each renewal where applicable.
Automatic Payment Authorization
By enrolling in a subscription, you:
• Authorize recurring automatic charges according to the subscription terms disclosed at checkout.
• Confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• Accept responsibility for subscription charges until cancellation.
We and our third-party payment processors may use account updater services provided by your card issuer to update expired or replaced card information so your subscription can continue uninterrupted.
If you wish to opt out of such services, you may need to contact your card issuer directly.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting customer support at hey@trykoricare.com.
To prevent the next recurring charge and shipment, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing or shipment date.
Once a renewal order has already been generated and entered processing or fulfillment, cancelling your subscription will stop future renewals and charges but may not cancel the order already being processed.
You may cancel by:
• Logging into your customer account or subscription portal; or
• Contacting customer support at hey@trykoricare.com.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, we may contact you using the information you provided in order to obtain updated payment details.
Failure to provide payment for products or Services received may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription where permitted by law.
Refund Eligibility for Subscription Orders
Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to your first qualifying order only and does not extend to later subscription renewal orders.
Once a renewal order has already been generated and entered processing or fulfillment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or a change-of-mind refund.
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals and charges. It does not automatically reverse an order that has already been generated.

Delivery Confirmation
Where applicable, delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier may be used as evidence of delivery.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Changes to Subscription Pricing or Terms
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, billing intervals, product availability or subscription benefits.
Any changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated where required by applicable law.
MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE
The KoriCare mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by KoriCare (“KoriCare”, “we”, or “us”).
Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms.
By consenting to KoriCare's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of KoriCare at the mobile number you provided.
Service-related messages may include order updates, account alerts and other transactional information.
Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers, cart reminders and other marketing communications.
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make a purchase, and your consent is not a condition of purchasing from KoriCare.
Your participation is voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but message and data rates imposed by your wireless provider may apply.
Message frequency varies.
You may opt out of promotional SMS messages at any time by replying STOP or using an unsubscribe option provided in a message where available.
You may receive a one-time confirmation message after opting out.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to provide a valid mobile number. If your mobile number changes, you may need to register again.
